OPINION OF THE COURT

Appellant Ecedro Rabsatt (hereinafter “Rabsatt” or “Appellant”) appeals the Territorial Court’s August 28th 1998 decision to uphold the validity of the Margarita Savain Trust, a trust created during the lifetime of decedent Margarita Ziri Savain. Rabsatt advances two arguments in support of his assertion that the Territorial Court’s decision should be reversed, initially Rabsatt argues the court erred because the terms of tire trust render it invalid.
