MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff John Xereas brings this action against Marjorie Heiss, Geoffrey Dawson, Riot Act D.C., LLC (“the LLC”), and Squiid, Inc., alleging claims of trademark infringement, unfair competition, conversion, breach of contract, breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing, fraudulent inducement, conspiracy, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, a violation of the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (“ACPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d), and defamation.
