Plaintiffs Patricia Smith and Charles Woods have brought this action against the former Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton (“Secretary Clinton”), alleging that Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server caused the death of their sons Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods.
