LEON, United States District Judge *4Brad Bauman ("Bauman" or "plaintiff") brought this tort action for defamation, defamation per se, false light, and publication of private facts against defendants Edward Butowsky ("Butowsky"), Howard Gary Heavin ("Heavin"), Matthew Couch, and Couch's company America First Media ("AFM").
