This is an action on the case brought by the plaintiff, a corporation, against the defendant, a partnership and unincorporated association consisting of 'more than five members and having a president, secretary, clerk and treasurer, to recover damages for the defendant’s alleged unlawful *301acts of interference with the plaintiff in the prosecution of its business.
