OPINION
The dispositive issue in this workers’ compensation action is whether the Special Chancellor erred in finding the,appellant, Steve Vinson, to be 100% permanently partially disabled, as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the scope of his employment. For the reasons set forth herein, we conclude that no such impairment classification exists in the workers’ compensation statutes and cases of this state.
