MEMORANDUM

CONNER, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Presently before the court is the United States’ motion to compel (1) responses to interrogatories, (2) responses to requests for admissions, and (3) the production of documents. (Doc. 45). Defendant, Thurston Paul Bell (“Bell”), has interposed numerous objections to the United States’ discovery requests.
