OPINION
RILEY, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE1
Appellants-Plaintiffs, Drew and Donna Dickerson (collectively, the Dickersons), *713appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees-De-fendants, Donna Strand (Strand) and Gloria German (German), on the Dickersons' claim for fraud arising from the sale of a house.
We affirm.
