ORDER RE: DEBTORS’ MOTION FOR ORDER DETERMINING NON-EXEMPT EQUITY IN CERTAIN REAL ESTATE

This matter is before the Court on the Debtors’ Motion for an Order Determining the Non-Exempt Equity in the Real Estate Located at 4922 Assisi Lane Available for Distribution to the Unsecured Creditors (Doe. 16), the United States’ Response (Doc. 17), and the Trustee’s Response (Doe. 19). A hearing was held on July 21,1998.
