PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This case comes to the court as a motion to retain real estate broker and to compel debtors to cooperate with sale of property brought by the chapter 7 trustee, Benjamin A. Stanziale, Jr. (“Trustee”). Debtor filed a cross-motion for an order determining realty’s value and directing chapter 7 trustee to abandon same. A hearing was scheduled for February 22, 1999.
