KAPSNER, Justice.

[¶ 1] Douglas G. Hilgers appeals from two orders, challenging the trial court’s refusal to appoint a guardian ad litem for his minor son; the failure to modify the visitation schedule with his son; the modification of his child support obligation; and the denial of his motion to change custody. In addition, the Court considered Douglas’s motion to correct the transcript with the merits of the appeal.
