MEMORANDUM
DAVIS, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Deborah A. Kline, instituted this employment discrimination case against her former employer, defendant Certainteed Corporation, alleging sex discrimination on both disparate treatment and hostile work environment/sexual harassment theories, as well as retaliation, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
