This suit was instituted in the circuit court for St. Louis county November 15,1907, and was thence removed to the circuit court for St. Charles county, where it was tried September 14-18, 1908. Its object is to obtain damages for personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff by coming in contact *145with an electric wire through the alleged negligence of the defendant.
