Superior MRI Services, Inc. (Superior), on behalf of itself and as successor-in-interest to P & L Contracting, Inc. (P & L), sued Aliance Healthcare Services, Inc. (Aliance), alleging, inter alia, tortious interference with business relations and tortious interference with contract.
