The Employers’ Liability Assurance Corporation, Limited, by the proceeding of certiorari, seeks to have an award of the Industrial Commission of compensation benefits against it as insurance carrier and in favor of the parents of Oreno Ralph Stevens, who was killed by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, vacated and set aside as to it on the ground that the evidence conclusively shows that it was not the insurance carrier of the deceased employee at the time of the injury and death.
