STANFORD, Chief Justice.

Upon the petition of Gene Autry Productions, a California corporation, this court accepted original jurisdiction and issued an alternative writ of mandamus commanding the Industrial Commission of Arizona, respondents herein, to issue the usual and regular policy of insurance to petitioner in accordance with an application made by it to said Commission, or to appear and show cause why it should not do so.
