MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. He contends that his First Amendment right to free speech and his Fourteenth Amendment right to due process were violated by the defendants when he was terminated from his position as maintenance supervisor at the Coffey County Hospital in Burlington, Kansas. Plaintiff has also asserted state law claims of breach of implied contract and retaliatory discharge.
