ROGERS, Senior District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination case. Plaintiff brings this action against her former employer, the City of Prairie Village, Kansas, under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. She also asserts a state law claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her claims are based upon allegations of a sexually hostile work environment at the Prairie Village Police Department.
