The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) appeals from: (1) an order modifying a father’s child support obligation in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship and confirming the child support arrear-age; and (2) an order dissolving an administrative writ of withholding and imposing costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, against the OAG. The OAG brings seven issues on appeal. The first three challenge the trial court’s power to mandate the manner in which the OAG remits child support payments and to enjoin the OAG from taking any action in the case.…
