This action was commenced for the purpose of obtaining a decree or judgment compelling the defendant to pay a monthly sum reasonably necessary for the support, maintenance, and education of the alleged minor child of the parties.
The complaint, in substance, alleges: That the plaintiff is the mother and the defendant the father of a minor child, who was born in the city and county of San Francisco, on the twenty-sixth day of July, 1911; that the defendant has failed, neglected, and refused for several months immediately preceding the time of the commencement of this action to provide for said…
