WILLARD, District Judge.
This is an action of replevin for 1,500,000 feet of logs. It was brought by Burns, the defendant in error, against the Cloquet Lumber Company, the plaintiff in error. The-logs were cut from land around Cedar Island Lake or Ely Lake, i». St. Louis county, Minn.
