In a proceeding in the superior court of the city and county of San Francisco for the final distribution of the estate of Frederick William Sharon, deceased, the appellant, Frederick Wallace Sharon, appeared and filed an answer to the petition for distribution, alleging that he was an adopted son, and the only child, of said decedent; that he was not mentioned in the will of said decedent., and that by virtue of his relation as adopted son he was entitled to one-half of the estate, and asking that the same be distributed to him.
