In this declaratory judgment proceeding, the plaintiffs, Louise D. Myers, Elizabeth R. Bromley, Tillie Frankel, Eva Hyman and Katheryn Weiler, who sue for themselves and on behalf of the members of the Huntington Women’s Board of the Morris Memorial Hospital, a voluntary unincorporated association, seek a judicial determination of certain matters concerning a tract of land, with improvements thereon, located in Cabell County, near the Town of Milton.
