Brannon, Judge:

This is a bill in equity in the circuit court of Tucker County by Mox Rosenour against Henry Rosenour, Susan Rosenour, and James B. Reese. The bill states that Mox Rosenour is the son of Henry Rosenour. by a first wife, and that while she was living Henry Rosenour purchased a tract of land on Red creek, Randolph County, with means belonging partly to Mox Rosenour’s mother, though the land was conveyed to Henry Rosenour, but that he always acknowledged a right in his wife to an interest m the land; that Henry Rosenour sold this land, and after the death of his first wife he told…
