MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

BABCOCK, District Judge.

In this diversity action, plaintiff, Siemens Medical Systems, Inc. (Siemens), moves for summary judgment on its claim that defendant, N C Systems, Inc. (NCS), breached a contract between the two parties. Further, Siemens moves for summary judgment on NCS’s counterclaims for breach of contract and intentional interference with contractual relations.
