OPINION
HOOD, Chief District Judge.
Plaintiffs-Appellants Joy and Frances McDonald (“Mr. and Mrs. McDonald”) brought this diversity action, alleging that Defendants-Appellants Nancy Petree (“Petree”) and Holly Ann Hudspeth (“Hudspeth”) negligently caused Mrs. McDonald to be injured in a car accident. The district court below granted summary judgment in favor of Hudspeth. A jury later returned a verdict in favor of Petree, and the district court denied Mr. and Mrs. McDonald’s motion for new trial.
