Appellant presents ten propositions of law for our consideration. We have considered appellant’s propositions of law, independently weighed the statutory aggravating circumstance against the evidence presented in mitigation, and reviewed the death penalty for appropriateness and proportionality. Upon *73review, and for the reasons which follow, we affirm the judgment of the court of appeals and uphold appellant’s death sentence.
