Motorola, Inc. appeals the district court’s denial of its motion to compel arbitration of claims raised by Personal Security and Safety Systems, Inc. (“PSSI”). In 2000, PSSI filed suit against Motorola alleging that Motorola breached a stock purchase agreement with PSSI and made fraudulent misrepresentations during the negotiations leading up to the agreement.
