JERRE S. WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:
Pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 15, appellant Har-dee’s Food Systems, Inc. (hereinafter “Har-dee’s”) asks us to review the district court’s denial of its Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Arbitration. Because we find that the motion should have been granted, we reverse the order of the district court.
