These appeals arise out of proceedings commenced to consolidate a part or all of the unorganized territory of Cass County with existing school districts. The final step in completing the consolidation required the issuance of an order by the county superintendent of schools. Prior to the issuance of such order, plaintiff, Robert Williams, sought and obtained a temporary injunction restraining her from taking that required action. On appeal, we reversed. Williams v.
