This is a consolidation of six appeals from an order denying a new trial and from orders upholding three consolidations of the Unorganized Territory of Cass County with existing school districts.
No attempt will be made to recite the facts in detail. The Unorganized Territory of Cass County is a sprawling, sparsely settled area of the state, dotted by lakes, and in a measure surrounding Leech Lake, which is one of the larger lakes of the state.
