OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
This motion is brought by the defendants in this action, other than William C. Sherr (“defendants”) pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b), seeking an amendment of the judgment entered in this case on August 14, 1984. The motion is denied.
Procedural History
Following a jury trial terminating on the eve of the Memorial Day weekend, William Freschi, Jr., as Trustee of William Freschi Trust (“Freschi”) was awarded $1,366,-396.07 in addition to expenses and interest in this fraud action.
