In a Memorandum and Order dated May 22, 1984, this Court reversed a final decision by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) terminating Thomas O’Grady’s Social Security disability benefits, holding that the Secretary’s decision was not supported by substantial evidence on the record. O’Grady v. Heckler, 588 F.Supp. 850 (E.D.N.Y.1984).
