James Woods appeals his conviction for two counts of second-degree child molestation after two separate motions for a new trial were denied by the Superior Court. The parties appeared for oral argument on October 31, 2007, pursuant to an order of this Court ordering them to show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided without further briefing or argument.
