The defendant, Richard V. DiCarlo, appeals from the Superior Court’s denial of his motion for a new trial, which motion he filed after a jury found him guilty of several offenses. This case came before the Court for oral argument on October 27, 2009, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
