The defendant, Santo Jensen, appears before this Court pursuant to our having granted his petition for a writ of certiora-ri; 1 he seeks review of an adjudication of probation violation after a probation violation hearing that was held on July 6, July 7, and July 8, 2010. At the conclusion of that hearing, the defendant was found to have violated the terms and conditions of his probation, and he was sentenced to serve the seven-year suspended portion of a ten-year sentence that had been previously imposed pursuant to his conviction on one count of…
