The First Trust & Savings Bank of Chicago, Ill., executor of the estate of Samuel H. Graves, deceased, commenced this action against Eliza Bloodworth, C. C. Bloodworth, W. H. Paul, O. W. Patchell, and M. Henderson and Patchell & Henderson, a partnership composed of O. W. Patchell and M. Henderson, for the purpose of securing a judgment on a note of $1,000, executed by Eliza Blood-worth and her husband, C. C. Bloodworth, and to foreclose a…
