This action was commenced by defendant in error for the recovery of a certain tract of land situated in McClain county, Okla., allotted to her as a member of the Chickasaw Tribe of Indians. The petition alleged, in substance, that the lands were illegally sold in 1910 by her guardian, W. C. Randolph, through the county court of Garvin county, Okla.; and that Ernest T.
