At issue here are defendants’ Macy’s Inc. (Macy’s) 1 and Macy’s Retail Holdings, Inc. (Macy’s Retail) 2 remaining counterclaims and requests for damages and equitable relief with regard to plaintiff Philip Youtie’s alleged acquisition and disclosure of the relevant first cost data.
