This was an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from the negligence of defendants. *587They have appealed from an order of the court overruling appellants’ demurrers to plaintiff’s evidence. The facts may be stated as follows: In Coffeyville, Walnut street is a north-and-south street. The 1100 block has businesses such as bottling works, garages and filling stations.
