This case involves an action in replevin brought by the plaintiff, Donald Cromwell, against the defendants, Marcina Ward and James Kostka, to recover certain *179restaurant equipment and inventory located in the Hillside Cafe and Inn, located on U. S. Highway No. 73-75, Sarpy County, Nebraska.
