The plaintiffs, Ronald K. Goodridge and Albert R. Taubert, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their appeal from the decision of the named defendant, the zoning board of appeals of the borough of Newtown (board),1 which nullified a zoning permit that the zoning enforcement officer had issued to plaintiff Ronald K. Goodridge.
