By complaint dated July 29, 1977, the plaintiffs appealed to the Court of Common Pleas from the granting of a subdivision application of the defendant Avon Mountain Estates, Inc., by the defendant planning and zoning commission (hereinafter the commission). The plaintiffs are residents of the town of Avon and own property which abuts the defendant’s property.
