Defendant has filed objections to interrogatories propounded by plaintiff under Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c.

The action brought by the Administrator of the Office of Price Administration charges violation of Section 4(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 56 Stat. 23, 765, 57 Stat. 566, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix § 904(a), and the General Maximum Price Regulation, 7 F.R. 3153, and seeks treble damages and an injunction against further violations in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
