This is an original proceeding in this court brought by Amerada Petroleum Corporation, as petitioner, to obtain the review of an award made by the State Industrial Commission in favor of Zack White.

A brief resume of the record herein reveals that on December 15, 1934, the State Industrial Commission found that the respondent had sustained a compensable accidental injury while in the employment of the petitioner, and was thereby .temporarily and totally disabled from February 14, 1934, to October 2, 1934, and awarded compensation accordingly.
