BLACKBIRD, Justice.

Petitioners brought this proceeding to review an award made, under the death benefits provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act to the respondent, Minnie Ella Diehl, hereafter called claimant, as widow of Cecil Boyd Diehl, deceased, and as guardian of said couple’s minor children.

Diehl, a carpenter, died Tuesday, January 15, 1952, while allegedly in the employee of the petitioner, Reints Sash and Door Company, an Oklahoma City partnership, shortly after he had arrived at said company’s mill to start his day’s work. It occurred after he, while sitting on a box talking to…
