Defendant petitions for reconsideration of our disposition in State v. Gonzales-Sanchez, 241 Or App 724, 250 P3d 992 (2011). In that case, we affirmed without opinion defendant’s conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), rejecting his contention that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss for lack of a speedy trial under ORS 135.747.1 Defendant asks us to reconsider that disposition in light of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in State v.
