Defendants Birr Wilson & Company, Inc., and Harry P. Holman have moved for an order dismissing the complaint on the ground that the pleading sounds in fraud but fails to allege the circumstances constituting fraud with the particularity required by Fed.R.Civ.P. 9(b). In the alternative, said defendants request an order requiring a more definite statement under Fed.R.
