Plaintiff, John R. Martin, on his own behalf and on behalf of all others similarly situated (the Class), brought this class action in the circuit court against defendant, Heinold Commodities, Inc., seeking declaratory and injunctive relief, an accounting and monetary damages resulting from the payment of certain fees in connection with the purchase of London commodity options (LCO’s) through defendant.
