This is a suit for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received by the appellee on account of the negligence of appellant. The errors assigned and presented by appellant’s brief are: (1) the overruling of appellant’s demurrer to the complaint; (2) overruling the motion for a new trial. The complaint is in one paragraph and in substance charges: that on June 25, 3 909, appellant *46was the owner of a line of railway extending through the states of Indiana and Illinois and through the town of Union-ville and the city of Bloomington, Indiana, and engaged in the business of carrying…
